Today, I invite you to Occupy Yourself, your authentic self, the one that in essence delicately rides the balance between head and heart, the one that honors existence, revels in life and reveres the magnificence of nature.

I invite you to Occupy Your Body:  to consciously nourish and sustain your body with fresh, clear air, pure vital water and clean organic food.  These precious and essential elements are here to give us strength as we grow to understand our Light and increase our awareness during this most important shift of the ages.

I invite you to Occupy Your Mind with thoughts of goodwill, of happiness, of care, compassion, appreciation and gratitude.
 
I invite you to Occupy Your Heart filled with the light of the Sun, breathing it into this most sacred chamber of love.  Occupy Your Heart with its true light and become light-hearted, circulating joy to every part of your body, creating a temple from which to reside.  


I invite you to Occupy Your Spirit, residing in the light of your true self.  Occupy Stillness, your breath quiet and steady as your purpose and mastery reveals itself now and in every moment.

We who live in Aotearoa/New Zealand are indeed very fortunate.  We occupy this sacred land of our ancestors as part of our roots on Mother Earth.  What we eat, drink, breath, think and feel, this land experiences.  So as we Occupy Love, we emanate what it is to be a fully awakened conscious humanity.  The land rejoices!

I invite you to Occupy Your Existence in the spirit of cooperation and co- creation of peace with 7 billion brothers and sisters through the rest on 2012 and beyond.

I have come to these conclusions: this is the largest social movement in all of history, no one knows its scope, and how it functions is more mysterious than what meets the eye.
